"I had the best call with Ali! I was looking for information regarding insurance for our new condo that we bought. Ali was incredibly personable and easy to talk to. "Susan can't get things right with my homeowners insurance. I've had my property insured through State Farm since the 1980s. Year built is wrong, my billing and home address is wrong, she has my daughter's account mixed with mine,...too much to list."
